Only events that had an evaluation are automatically credited to your recertification by the end of December. Also, if there was an ID mismatch error, then an event may not appear in your record.
Any additional sessions can be added manually. When you are logged in to the AFP Online Recertification Resource Center, choose "Submit Credits for AFP Annual Conference and Quizzes", then select the appropriate items from the drop-down menus.
