Approximately 5 weeks* after passing the examination you'll receive an email from our certificate vendor, The Award Group. You will be able to verify your mailing address and confirm that the information on your certificate is correct. Certificates are mailed approximately 6-8 weeks after you have confirmed the information. You will receive an email when the certificate is mailed.
If you do not respond to the email to verify your mailing address, then your certificate will be sent to the primary address indicated in your AFP profile at the time of passing.
* These emails are sent once a month; therefore, candidates who pass early in the month may experience the full five-week wait, while those who pass later in the month may receive their emails within a week.
