What is AFP's event cancellation/refund policy?

CANCELLATION POLICYThere is a $100 cancellation processing fee charge for AFP 2024 Nashville. AFP accepts only written cancellations to customerservice@afponline.org. Membership dues are individual, non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Cancellations for individual registrations that were purchased after November 1, 2023, and the cancellation is received by September 13, 2024, may be eligible for a refund of the registration fee, less a $100 cancellation processing fee.
  • Cancellations for corporate practitioner team registrations that were purchased after November 1, 2023, and the cancellation is received by September 13, 2024, may be eligible for a refund of the lowest rate registration fee, less a $100 cancellation processing fee for each person cancelled by September 13, 2024. The lowest rates are refunded before the full rates.
  • Exhibitor Portal purchases are not refundable.

There are no refunds or credits for AFP 2024 Nashville cancellations received after September 13, 2024.

All refunds will be issued in the manner in which the original transaction was received. Check refunds will take 60 business days to be processed and sent to the requestor.
