How do I correct my badge?

Once registered for AFP 2024 Nashville, your primary email address on file will receive a confirmation email including your badge information.

 your name (including any AFP certification)

 your company

 Customer #

  • If you are missing your AFP certification, then you may have a duplicate record.  It could be you have earned your AFP certification in a record that has a previous company, and the records need to be merged.  
  • If you are an exhibitor who will be working the booth and registered individually (not from your booth contact), please let us know so that we can update your badge with exhibitor access.

If the information you receive is incorrect or you think you have duplicate records, please reply to the confirmation you received with corrections to customerservice@afponline.org before September 13, 2024. Corrections after that date will be made onsite at one of the "Registration Assistance" counters during onsite registration hours.
